RELIGION IS WORLDLY – ONLY HUMAN GODS ARE GODS

RELIGION IS WORLDLY – ONLY HUMAN GODS ARE GODS

  1. Religion – Worldly Activities

Religion, in the general sense, is a worldly organization. It is attached to the national power system, has legal entities, material facilities, and institutional rituals such as:

Building churches, temples

Organizing sacrifices, offering money, worshiping

Observing rituals, ceremonial clothes, religious laws, etc.

Even in the name of “morality” or “sacredness”, these practices are still mainly operated by the flesh, under the control of humans – not by the Spirit from heaven.

  1. Human gods – People belonging to the Kingdom of Heaven

Only “human gods”, that is, people reborn in the Holy Spirit, truly belong to the Kingdom of Heaven.

They are individual believers, with the life of the Holy Spirit in their hearts, and living in direct relationship with God – independent of organized religion.

If a religion does not serve personal faith, does not help each person meet and obey God – then it is no longer an instrument of God, but becomes a cult.

  1. Lessons from the Israelites – When religion replaces God

The Israelites once put Moses and the Law above God.

They idolized religious traditions to the point of rejecting the Messiah himself – Jesus.

They kept the ceremonies, offered sacrifices, studied the law… but did not recognize God standing before them in the flesh.

When religion replaces the relationship with the Living One, it is no longer the “way to God”, but becomes an obstacle preventing people from approaching Him.

  1. No Religion – But the True Church

If there is no religion, how do the angels of the Kingdom of God live and gather together?

The Bible clearly states: The early church was not a religious organization, but a living community of believers:

“They gathered together from house to house, breaking bread and sharing fellowship.”
(Acts 2:46)

They lived in society, reading the Word of God as if reading a precious book, praying as if visiting, and fellowshipping as if chatting with friends.

No political system, no matter how dictatorial, can prohibit such a normal life.

  1. The True Church – Called by the Holy Spirit

The first churches were not called “Religion A” or “Sect B”, but the Holy Spirit called them by their local names:

The Church of Ephesus

The Church of Smyrna

The Church of Philadelphia…

This shows that the true church does not depend on religious forms, but is a living people, ruled by the Holy Spirit, scattered throughout society.

CONCLUSION: RELIGION IS NOT THE DESTINATION – THE NEW SPIRIT IS THE GOAL OF THE KINGDOM OF GOD

✅ Religion is only an outer shell – it cannot replace rebirth and true communion with God.

✅ The spirit is those who have new life – the core of the Kingdom of God in the world.

✅ The Kingdom of God is not built on bricks and stones – it is built on transformed hearts.

“The Kingdom of God is within you.”
(Luke 17:21)

Be a human being – not just a religious person.
AMEN.
