Jesus and His Place in the Dark Universe

Jesus and His Place in the Dark Universe. After His resurrection and ascension, Jesus is seated at the right hand of God, that is, in the highest heaven, on the throne of glory, close to the radiant presence of the Father.

However, in a mysterious way, He is still present in the dark universe – the place hidden from the full light of God. This shows that the universe is not yet fully redeemed, and Jesus is present there as the Mediator, the Anointed One, awaiting the day of His return to restore all.

Energy Sources and Temporary Sustainment

The demons – fallen angels – do not live on their own strength, but are temporarily sustained by the energy coming from the stars and cosmic phenomena.
However, it is important to affirm:

That power does not come from them, but from God, who created and sustains all things, including the lives of the rebels – until the time of judgment.

As in 1 Kings 18:24, the prophet Elijah challenged the prophets of Baal to call down fire from heaven – but only the true God had the power to do so.

“The God who answers by fire is the true God.”

This fact shows that demons have no power over fire or energy – they are merely parasitic on the temporary mercy of the Creator.

God’s Question to Job

In the final rebuke of the book of Job, God says:

“Who shall stand before me?” (Job 41:10)

This is a powerful reminder of the absolute majesty of God – before whom all creation, including the righteous Job, cannot stand, without mercy and atonement.

Conclusion

Jesus – who is seated at the right hand of God – is present in the highest glory, yet in the shadow of the universe, as a Mediator awaiting the day of redemption.

This universe – despite the light of the stars – is a world hidden from the direct light of the Heavenly Father, and all the energy that exists is only a temporary gift until the eternal light of God shines upon all creation.
