Why Does the Bible Say: Each Person Was Predestined Before the Creation of Heaven and Earth?
- Predestination – Not Accidental
In Ephesians 1:11, the apostle Paul writes:
“In Christ we were also chosen as an inheritance, having been predestined according to the purpose of Him who works out all things according to the counsel of His will.”
This shows that each person’s life in Christ is not an accident, but is part of God’s great plan – planned before He created the universe.
- Each Person – An Individual Whose Identity Has Been Predestined from Eternity
The Bible also says:
“He was predestined before the foundation of the world, but was revealed in these last times for your sake.” (1 Peter 1:20)
This verse is about Jesus, but at the same time reflects the principle for the saints: in eternity, God has known and predestined each person, no one is anonymous, no one is random.
In His heart, each spirit person has a separate name, a separate identity, a separate place in the program of the Kingdom of Heaven – before humans appear in the flesh.
- Before Being on Earth – Can Exist in the Form of a “Spiritual Womb”?
Based on the spirit of the Bible and reflections from Revelation, it can be understood that:
Each “spiritual person” (a person created in the image of God) has had a “spiritual identity” in eternity.
When the time comes, God sends that spirit into the flesh, born as a human being in this world.
And as Revelation 6:11 says, “And rest a little while longer, until the number of your servants and your brothers is complete…” – implying that there is a predetermined number of saints who will be born and fulfill their roles.
- Each One Has a Purpose – No One Is Left Over
The Apostle Paul makes it clear:
“For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.” (Ephesians 2:10)
You were not born with a purpose.
You were born because you had a purpose.
You are not a “flesh seeking God,” you are a spirit sent into the flesh to manifest the glory of the Kingdom of God in the world.
- Conclusion: Live as Sent – Not as a Wanderer
If you truly believe that you are predestined, then:
Don’t live according to the ways of the world, because you did not come from the world.
Don’t let your earthly circumstances determine your worth.
Don’t wait for someone to give you a calling – you have been there since eternity.
Live as someone sent by God to fulfill a part of His eternal plan.
You are a human being – named in God’s heart – before the stars were set in place.
And if you know the Name of Jesus today, your time of revelation has come.
