REVENUE FROM HEAVEN – PROOF OF GOD

REVENUE FROM HEAVEN – PROOF OF GOD

“Vengeance is mine, I will repay!” – Romans 12:19

If there is a God, then surely he must be righteous. And if he is righteous, then surely there must be retribution. Retribution – reward for the righteous and judgment for the wicked – is living proof that God is in control of this world, and that he sees everything people do.

You Can’t Offend God Without Consequences
After World War II in Kiev, two atheists blasphemed God publicly. One shot into the sky, declaring that if there was a God, he would kill him. The other challenged God by cursing Him and saying that if He existed, he would cripple him for life. Just a few hours later, one person died in a traffic accident, another had both legs run over by a train. No one can offend God without being judged.

No one can hide their crimes from the Almighty
An old man in Truong village once saved a young man who tried to commit suicide because of debt, but was robbed by the same man. Shortly after, he saw the young man open a prosperous tea shop with the money he had robbed. In his anger, he looked up and cried: “There is no God! There is no retribution!” But at that moment, thunder and lightning exploded in the clear sky, and the shop owner was struck dead on the spot. Everyone witnessed and praised God’s righteousness.

If there is retribution, there must be a Judge
A woman once killed her husband by hammering a nail into his temple and pretending that he died drunk. Thirty-five years later, it was the mark of the nail that exposed the crime. Even if people hide from the law, they cannot escape the eyes of God.

A Grave Full of Snakes – Evidence of a Challenge to God
An atheist named Baude declared before his death: “If there is a God, my grave will be a dwelling place for snakes.” But immediately after his death, swarms of snakes came to live in his grave, while other graves had none. The people of the area witnessed this, and no one dared to say that there was no God.

The Envy and Prosperity of the Wicked
The author of Psalm 73 – Asaph – was jealous of the wicked because they lived in comfort, not suffering the calamities of the righteous. But when he entered the sanctuary, he saw clearly their fate: “You have set them in slippery places, and they have destroyed them!” Do not doubt the righteousness of God because of the temporary peace of the wicked.

Sometimes retribution comes slowly – but never without
There are wicked people who think they can escape, because they have not seen the punishment. But that is because God is patient, waiting for them to repent. If they persist, the day of judgment will come—severe and certain. The retribution on earth is only a warning sign before eternal judgment: “Anyone whose name was not found written in the book of life was thrown into the lake of fire” (Rev. 20:15).

Repent before it is too late
If you are still living in sin—repent. If you are still rejecting God—stop! He is reaching out to save you today. But on the day of judgment, He will execute perfect justice. Accept Jesus—who died for your sins—so that you can be forgiven, have your name written in the book of life, and escape eternal judgment.
