BE CHRISTIAN IN HEART

BE CHRISTIAN IN HEART
Even animals are capable of love—it is a reflection of God’s nature. We see it in the mother bird that cares for her chicks, in the geese that live in pairs, in the mother kangaroo that is willing to face enemies to protect her young… If the love of animals can be so touching, how much more so the love of God for humans!

He said, “Even if a woman forgets her child, I will not forget you” (Isaiah 49:15). Even though we have sinned, strayed from God, and become His enemies—He still loves us, and finds ways to bring us back. He sent His only Son, Jesus Christ, to die for us. He shed His blood, taking all the punishment we deserve, to redeem us back to God.

Do you dare say you have never sinned? Our eyes, ears, mouths, and bodies have committed many wrongs. Every day, we think and act contrary to righteousness. But Christ died for you, so that you would not have to go to destruction.

Just as the old man cut his thigh to get blood to warn the train from crashing, Jesus used His blood to warn and save you from eternal destruction. Even though you do not see or feel it, death is near. Please do not refuse that sacrifice.

Salvation does not come from good works, but from faith in Him who died for you. If you have not made peace with God through the cross, you are still outside of grace. Please do not hesitate!

Reconciliation with God begins with a sincere prayer:

“Dear God! I am a sinner. I believe that Jesus died for me. Please forgive me and take me home. I accept your salvation. Amen.”

A father back home cannot rejoice until his son returns. Likewise, your Heavenly Father is waiting for you!

Are you willing to turn back and say to your Heavenly Father, “I am home”?
