WORSHIP GOD IN SPIRIT AND TRUTH

WORSHIP GOD IN SPIRIT AND TRUTH
We must not simply believe God as a doctrine, but experience Him as a living Being. The Bible is not just for study, but to bring us into a living relationship with the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

God is not looking for people who know doctrine – He is looking for people who live in reality
A true believer is someone who lives in the reality of the Triune God – knowing the Father, living by the Son, and being led and transformed by the Spirit. That is the true worshiper the Father seeks. The new covenant is no longer about formalities—it is about offering oneself as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God (Romans 12:1).

Know God in a living relationship
We do not truly know God if we only hear and teach about Him. Knowing the Father does not come from reason, but from daily relationship. Only by coming to the Father regularly can we enter into intimacy, know His heart, and reflect His holiness in our lives.

Know that the Father loves us and wants to give us all good things
The Father is not distant. He is the One who loves and cares for His children. If an earthly father cares for his children, how much more will the Heavenly Father give us His Spirit and His kingdom. We do not come to a cold God, but to a loving Father.

Please the Father through Christ
The goal is not to maintain a form of Christianity, but to live a life that pleases the Father. True worship cannot come from a life of discord, criticism, or self-centeredness. Jesus is the perfect sacrifice; if we want to worship the Father, we must bring Christ as a peace offering, forgiveness, and real sacrifice into our lives.

True worship must be in Spirit and in truth
God seeks worshipers in Spirit – that is, not through emotion or reason, but through the living Spirit within – and in truth – that is, in spiritual reality, not in falsehood. Without the Spirit, we are merely going through the motions. But with the Spirit, He leads us into the real experience, leading us to live by Christ, deny ourselves, and forgive others as the Father has forgiven us.

The Spirit Teaches and Brings into Reality
The Spirit does not simply repeat the Word of God, but also teaches, convicts, encourages, and brings us into spiritual reality. The Spirit is not a theorist – He is a doer. We need not just “knowing” but living by the truth, by the reality of Christ. Without reality, our faith is just religion.

True worship comes from a transformed life
If we spend the week living according to the flesh, criticizing our brothers, and unforgiving, we cannot worship truly on Sunday. True worship does not begin with songs, but with a heart transformed by the Spirit, ready to forgive, sacrifice, and walk in the light.
