Praying Against Surveillance Spirits
Have you ever felt watched or attacked spiritually? It could be due to surveillance spirits – demonic entities sent by the enemy to monitor and disrupt your life. They act as spies, gathering information about your actions, words, and thoughts to use against you.
It is important to understand these spirits so that we can stand firm and gain victory through Jesus. The Bible reveals the existence of these trackers and accusers. For example, Isaiah 8:19 speaks of dark forces “peeping and whispering,” and Psalm 37:12 highlights the enemy’s constant plotting against the righteous. Job 1:6-7 shows that Satan also roams the earth and comes before God to accuse.
To overcome these spiritual enemies, you must be vigilant and put on the full armor of God (Ephesians 6:11-18), which includes the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the gospel, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit (the word of God). When you stand firm in God’s word and His promises, you can effectively resist and overcome these spiritual enemies.
The story of Sarah, a faithful Christian who was always hindered when she was about to have a breakthrough, shows the power of prayer. After having dreams of lurking darkness and seeking counsel from God, she was guided to pray and use the Bible to resist the spiritual enemies. As a result, the hindrances lessened and she experienced breakthroughs in areas that had been stagnant for many years. Ephesians 6:12 reminds us that our battle is not against flesh and blood enemies, but against spiritual forces that seek to hinder our walk with God.
A Prayer Against Spirits of Surveillance
Almighty God,
I now come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, my Savior. I praise and thank You for Your sovereignty, Your power, and Your unfailing love. You are the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. I thank You for the salvation and victory I have through Jesus Christ, along with Your protection, Your provision, and Your unfailing grace.
The Word of God in Psalm 91:1 says, “He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.” I thank You that You are my refuge and my fortress.
Today, I come to address the issue of surveillance spirits, evil entities that seek to observe and hinder my progress. The Word of God in Ephesians 6:12 assures me: “For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in the heavenly places.” Father, I recognize that these spirits are real, and I stand against all their schemes by the power given to me in the name of Jesus. You have given me power over all the powers of the enemy (Luke 10:19). I claim this power over me now and declare that “no weapon formed against me shall prosper” (Isaiah 54:17). I ask the blood of Jesus to cover my life, my family, and everything connected to me. I declare that every spirit of surveillance assigned to my life is blind and powerless in the name of Jesus.
The Word of God in Isaiah 41:10 promises: “Do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you; I will help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” I stand on this promise and believe that You are my protector and shield. I ask You to send Your Angels to encamp around me and my loved ones (Psalm 34:7) to protect and deliver me from every plot of the enemy.
I decree and declare that no evil will befall me and no disaster will come near my dwelling place (Psalm 91:10).
In the name of Jesus, I bind every spirit of surveillance assigned to my life, family, career, ministry, and destiny. The Word of God in Matthew 18:18 says, “Truly I say to you, whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.” I bind these surveillance spirits and cast them into the abyss, never to return.
I break every curse, spell, or incantation that has been spoken or written against me. I nullify every demonic assignment and cancel every evil plan of theirs in the name of Jesus. I declare that I am free from every scheme of the devil (Colossians 2:14-15).
Lord, I ask You to restore everything that has been stolen from me by these surveillance spirits (Joel 2:25). I cry out for this restoration now in the name of Jesus.
Father, I pray for spiritual discernment and understanding to recognize and counter the enemy’s tactics (James 1:5). I pray for wisdom.
